Ordered a katana in February and still nothing by August
Now its past the deadline for me to get the money back thru my bank so I'm just stuck. I emailed them at [email protected] and the address they got listed is in NM, USA but I never got any reply. Just wanted my order and nothing.
Ordered from katana-us.com and never got my product or refund
They don't have a phone number so I could only email them. I asked for updates a few times and all I got back was these emails saying my item is in que and will ship soon. They also beg you not to do a charge back or leave a one star review because it would hurt their business. That part felt strange.
I asked for a refund through email and got no reply at all. It's been months now and I still have nothing. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge since it seemed like a scam but they denied my refund. So I'm out almost $300 with no product and no way to get my money back. Still haven't heard from the company.
