Ordered a katana months ago and still nothing from them

I ordered a Katana from them back in December. Paid $209.98 for it. Still haven't gotten anything. They keep sending these automated messages saying it's about to ship but nothing ever happens.

Their help email is terrible too. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and just get the same runaround. The website is katana-us.com and their phone number is 1(402) 516-2813 but honestly I don't think anyone picks up. Just feels like I threw my money away.

Ordered a sword six months ago and still nothing but fake emails

I ordered a sword from this site katana-us.com about six months ago. It was almost 190 dollars. I kept getting emails saying my sword was stuck in the delivery process. But the emails felt fake, like they were written by a computer or something.

I tried contacting them at [email protected] and all I got was more of the same AI generated replies. No real help. The address they have is 8206 Louisiana Blvd Ne, Ste A #5751, Albuquerque, NM 87113. I never got the sword. Just a bunch of runaround.

Bought a replica sword and now they won’t refund me

I bought a replica sword from Katana-us.com on Dec 3, 2025. After I placed the order I just kept getting automated emails saying they were having logistics issues and not to worry, my sword was on the way. This went on for months so I finally asked for a refund.

They said the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. Two weeks go by and I ask again, they tell me it’s locked in their financial queue and being processed. Now it’s been over a month since I asked and they’re saying they can’t refund me because the item was processed to still be shipped. I just want people to know what this company is doing. I hope something can be done for me and others this has happened to.

Paid $150 for a hand forged katana and got nothing

I ordered a katana from katana-us.com. They claim their swords are “hand forged” and they looked pretty legit on the website. So I paid $150.

That was a few weeks ago. Never got anything. No shipping info, no tracking number, nothing. I tried emailing [email protected] and no reply. The phone number they had listed is (703) 919-6584 but nobody picks up.

I just want my money back or the sword. Feels like I got scammed.
