Ordered replica swords and got charged by a fake company instead

I ordered some replica swords from KatanaUS back in February. It was supposed to be a gift for my son. The website looked fine, I thought I was buying from a real place.

Then I saw the charge on my credit card and it came from a company called RealJuiceFrance. Not KatanaUS. I looked them up and that company doesn't even exist. That's when I knew something was wrong.

I kept getting these canned emails with lame excuses about supply chain delays. After a few weeks I emailed asking to cancel and get a refund. They sent another canned reply saying I was too far into the process for that. But their website promised ten day shipping. It's been two months now. I just want my money back.
