Ordered a dress and got something completely different and cheap

I got a dress from Kateproms and it was nothing like the one I ordered. The quality was really cheap. We ordered a nice navy mini dress that was open back and had pearls on the back.

What showed up was a cheap, ugly navy dress with straps. No open back, no pearls. It's not worth the $72 I paid for it. Do not buy from them.
