Ordered a gold bracelet and never got it, no one replies

I ordered a gold bracelet from Kauai Custom Jewelry’s website, paid $3,450 for it. That was a lot of money for me. I never got the bracelet.

I emailed them at [email protected] asking for an estimated ship date and any kind of update on the progress. No reply at all. I tried calling the number on their site, (808) 500-7786, but nobody ever answered. No shipping ever happened, no bracelet, nothing. Just silence.
