Bought a "Nappa leather" item that is fake and doesn't fit

I ordered from kavaro.store and after a bunch of emails back and forth about shipping delays I finally got the thing. It was sold as Nappa leather but it's not. It's clearly not real leather.

Also it had a guaranteed fit but it doesn't fit me at all. And the zipper pull was missing when I opened it. So the whole thing is basically junk.

I kept asking for a return label and they promised over and over they would send one. Nothing ever came. Then they told me they were refunding me and I didn't need to send it back. That never happened either. I'm out $187.
