Voicemail about a complaint for my family member I never got

They left me a voicemail from (858) 327-2575. This lady named Kayla said she was calling to follow up with a complaint, receiving our office for my family member's name. Reference case number 223 dash 02173. Then she said again calling to follow up with a complaint, receiving our office for my family member. Reference case number 22302173. She said documents regarding my file are being prepared to be sent out and I will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they can't reach me at home they will try my verified place of employment. She said to stop further action I need to call 951-934-0238. Then said the call was logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify me. I never signed up for anything. Didn't lose any money but it felt off.
