Ordered shoes online and they came way too small and bad quality

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this place. The email was [email protected] and the phone number was (937) 638-1043. I got the shoes but the quality was just poor. They were not what I expected at all.

Also the size was way off. I ordered my normal size but they were way too small. Not even close to a true size. So I lost 75 dollars on this. Just feels like a total waste.
