Ordered shoes from KEEENSHOP and never got them, charge was changed

I was looking for Keens shoes on my phone and found a site called KEEENSHOP. I didn't notice the extra 'E' in the name. I bought four pairs that were on sale, seemed like a good price. I never got any confirmation or a tracking number.

I clicked the contact link on the site and it just sent me to the real Keens help page. Then I saw my PayPal charge was from some person named Hernanez Cruz Hapsel. They took my original charge of 122 dollars and changed it to 140. Nothing ever showed up.
