Ordered shoes from keenfootwear.com and never got them

I ordered something from keenfootwear.com and paid $257.04. The delivery date came and went, nothing showed up. I tried emailing them, I tried their live chat, I even called the number on the site at (886) 676-5336. Every time it was like talking to a wall, never got a real person on the line.

Nobody ever called me back or emailed me back about it either. So I’m out the money and I just never got the product. Their address says 515 NW 13th Avenue, Portland, OR 97209 but who knows if that’s even real.
