Facebook seller sent wrong phone and then disappeared

I saw this ad on Facebook for a phone and bought it from Keevan Varezay. When it showed up it was the wrong size so I sent it back. Cost me $7 to ship it back and I never got the replacement.

I tried looking up the address they gave me, 290 Duffy Avenue in Hicksville NY. Couldn't find a phone number for them and when I looked the building up it says it's up for lease. I saw there have been a lot of other scams from that same address.

So I'm out $35 for the phone plus the $7 I spent to return it. Just never heard from them again.
