Ordered a bag from a Fox News ad, company took my money and won't answer

I saw an ad on Fox News through Google Ads for a bag and I ordered it. The company is called KEJU Trade and it's out of Colorado. I paid $41.98.

Once they got the payment, they just stopped answering. I tried calling the phone number but no one ever picks up. It feels like they took the money and disappeared. I never got the bag or any update about my order.
