Bought bags on social media that were nothing like the ad

I saw these bags being sold on social media, they looked really sturdy and extra large like the ad said. So I ordered one. Paid $93 for it.

When it showed up it was totally different. Not sturdy at all, and definitely not extra large. It's like a cheap little thing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The phone number they had was (605) 518-1306 and I called a few times but no answer.

So I'm out the money and stuck with a bag I can't use. Just feels like a total waste.
