Ordered through Facebook, never got my item, emails bounce back

I placed an order through a Facebook ad for Kellerboutique.com. The money came out, fifty dollars. I never received what I ordered. I tried to cancel and get a refund. Every email I sent just got returned to me. The address they have is in Leavenworth, WA. Nothing ever showed up and now I can't even reach anyone.
