Paid for something on Facebook and never got it

I bought something from someone off Facebook. The email was [email protected] and they called from (562) 326-3326. I paid 28 dollars and just never got the product. Nothing showed up.

I’m working with my bank now to try and get my money back. It’s been a hassle. I don’t know what else to do.
