Ordered a set over a month ago and it never showed up

I ordered a set from Kelsonvale that was 8 for $24 plus $8 shipping. So total was like $32. It’s been a month now and I still haven’t gotten my order. Their tracking says it was delivered but there was nothing in my parcel box or on my porch. I checked everywhere.

I tried to see if I could get a hold of someone but no luck. Just feels like I threw that money away for nothing. Really frustrated.
