TikTok ad for clothes that never showed up

I bought some clothing from this website back in July 2026. They said the warehouse was in the U.S. but after I placed the order I found out it's actually in China. The shipping said 6-20 days.

It's been over a month now and still no package. I did get a notification saying it was delivered but there was nothing at my door. I saw them on TikTok and figured I'd give it a try. Don't do it. You're better off just going to Rainbow or Burlington honestly.

Order never showed up but tracking says delivered

I ordered something from kelsonvale.com on May 30th. You guys charged my card. I still haven't gotten my order. I checked the tracking and it says it was delivered on July 7th, 2026 at 4:15 PM.

We have a concierge in our building. No delivery person is allowed upstairs. But nobody at the concierge signed for it or even saw the package. So I don't know where it went.

I feel like you guys just took my money. I'm really disappointed. I'm going to contact the BBB about this. I attached the delivery timestamp for you to look at. Please get back to me about my order.
