Bought something off TikTok and never got it

I saw some merchandise on TikTok and decided to buy it. I paid for it and everything went through fine. But I never got the product.

I tried reaching out to the email they gave me, [email protected], but no reply. I lost 32 dollars on this. Just wanted what I paid for.
