Bought a skeleton mask that came ripped and they kept charging me

I bought a skeleton mask for my son back on May 30th 2026. They took out a charge of 9.95 and the mask charge of 30.98 on May 31st 2026.

When I got the mask it was ripped in a few places and just didn't work right. Then on June 18th 2026 another charge of 39.99 came out of my account. I called them and they said they'd reimburse me in 5 to 7 business days but I never got it.

Now I just noticed in my bank statements another 39.99 was taken out July 19th 2026. I called again and they hung up on me. I've been trying to call back this morning July 21st 2026, I've called 8 times already. It just rings for about 5 minutes and then disconnects.
