Kelvo Shop only refunded part of what they took
As of Oct 05 they did return 2 of the $39.99 amounts, $79.98 total. That is NOT the full amount of $149.86. The amount Kelvo Shop still owes me is $69.88.
I called them this morning Oct 05 and got an answering machine. I left a message with my phone number hoping to hear back. I only ordered one item from tik tok and now I'm paying extra money for nothing else I purchased from that seller. I also got a message from pay pal saying my account was suspended, but I never use pay pal for anything.
Bought a skeleton mask that came ripped and they kept charging me
When I got the mask it was ripped in a few places and just didn't work right. Then on June 18th 2026 another charge of 39.99 came out of my account. I called them and they said they'd reimburse me in 5 to 7 business days but I never got it.
Now I just noticed in my bank statements another 39.99 was taken out July 19th 2026. I called again and they hung up on me. I've been trying to call back this morning July 21st 2026, I've called 8 times already. It just rings for about 5 minutes and then disconnects.
