Got a text from my bank about a charge I didn't make

I got a text from my bank saying there was fraudulent activity. They said they declined a charge for $39.99. It was from tenohealth.co or kelvoshop.com, and the number was (385) 354-6016.

I never bought anything from there. I don't even know what that is. The bank caught it, so no money came out, but it's still worrying to see a charge attempt like that pop up. I didn't sign up for anything.
