Ordered a mirror from Kempt and never got it or a reply

I ordered a Kempt Panorama Surround Mirror on 04/25/2026 for $59.99. They had a promo where you get a free barber cape and foldable beard comb with it. Never got any of it.

I emailed them at [email protected] on 05/24/2026. Still no reply. No product. No refund on my credit card either. I contacted Shopify and they said I had to deal with the vendor directly. Well I tried and still nothing from Kempt. On my card it shows up as "SP NURAGEN TRYKEMPT.COM CA".
