Scary text about a traffic summons I never got

I got this text message saying I have a traffic violation summons from the Kentucky District Court. It says I have to show up on April 21, 2026 at 9:35 AM. The officer named is Sergeant Mason Hayes with badge number KY-5639 and the judge is Hon. Olivia Parker. The case number is KY-DC-2026-TR-87453.

It says if I don't show up or pay they will issue a bench warrant and suspend my license and impound my car and garnish my wages. They want me to go to this link https://ky.govqtq.cc/dmv to resolve it online. The text also said to reply Q to acknowledge.

I never got any ticket or violation. This whole thing came out of nowhere. The phone number that sent it was (948) 716-4330. I didn't click the link because it looked off.
