Ordered a balloon arch for my grandson’s prom and never got it

I ordered a balloon arch from Kenwoodi on May 1, 2026. On May 3rd I still didn’t get a confirmation so I emailed them. They automatically emailed back saying they were closed for a holiday. Then they emailed me saying they were sending my order out now.

Their website said 3-7 business days so on the 10th day I reached out again. They claimed it was on its way. I never got anything from this company. I was really disappointed because it was for my grandson’s prom night. They emailed and said it was delivered to my home. I have cameras so I see everything and everybody. I never received anything.
