Bought socks and now they keep charging my card every month

I bought a package of women's socks from kesuv.com and I did get the socks. But now every single month, there's a charge for $39.95 on my credit card from them. I never signed up for that.

The statement just shows the charge and a website. There's no phone number to call. When I try to go to the website it gives me an alert on my computer saying it's a scam site and to not continue.

I've lost $120 so far from these monthly charges I didn't agree to. I just wanted socks, not a monthly bill.
