Paid deposit for car shipping then they said I violated policy

I found this company to ship my car from one state to another. We agreed on a price of 600 total and I paid a 250 deposit. Everything seemed fine until the day of my scheduled pickup.

Then they emailed me back saying I violated their policy and the new rate is going to be 1600. They just changed the price on me after I already paid. I lost the 250 dollars.
