Hair stylist took my money and never told me when my appointment was

I booked with this hairstylist through his website kevinshair.as.me. He has an address on Powdermill Rd in Beltsville, MD. His email is [email protected] and his phone number is (240) 708-5767.

He never told me what day my appointment was supposed to be. I just got nothing from him. No communication at all. So I lost $20 and my time trying to set something up. Felt like he just took the money and ran.
