Fell for a romance scam on Instagram over a pool cleaning loan

I met someone on Instagram named Keyner Myer and we started talking. I really thought we had something real. He said he needed $1,000 for his pool cleaning company and promised to pay me back in a month.

That was 6 months ago. I never got a single dollar back. He gave me an address in Aruba and a phone number that doesn't work anymore. I feel stupid but I just wanted to help someone I cared about.
