They keep calling about a payday loan I never had

This company saying they are Keystone Recovery Group keeps calling me saying I owe a payday loan from 18 years ago on a bank account I closed over 20 years back. I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. They call multiple times a day, always from a different number, and the area codes are from all over the place.

They will not send me any proof of this debt. For months they have been saying I will be sued in my county court and that I will be on the docket on "Tuesday". Obviously that never happens. Now they are calling my family members too. Just today, 8/25/2026, they called from 220.257.5973 Marion OH, 307.683.1474 Sheridan WY, 574.889.7309 Logansport IN, and 626.225.8669 Hacienda Heights CA. In total I have counted 38 different phone numbers from them over the last few months. Their email is [email protected].

Keystone Recovery Group keeps calling with no account info

I keep getting calls from these people, Keystone Recovery Group. At least five voicemails a week, sometimes more. The message is always the same, something like please call the number on your caller ID to speak with the representative handling your account. They say they haven't been able to reach me.

But they never say what account it is. No original creditor, no amount, no nothing. They just tell me to call back the number that showed up on my phone. It's weird. How am I supposed to know if this is even real? The whole thing feels off and I'm pretty sure it's a phishing thing.

I've blocked the number and I report them every time, but they just keep calling from different ones I guess. I just want them to stop unless they can send me something in writing that actually says what this is about. I'm tired of it.

Daily calls from Keystone Recovery Group with no company name on caller ID

Keystone Recovery Group has been calling me every single day. They come up as 440-940-7130 here in Ohio but they also have an 833- number they mention when you talk to them. Today it was some guy named Broderick James. They will not tell you anything else.

I proved to them I know it is a scam and told them to cease and desist. But they just keep calling from different people. Then it goes to a switchboard and they say they were retained by an attorney and all kinds of stuff.

Its fraud and a total scam.
