Phone call saying I was approved for a loan but needed to send money first

I got a call from a woman named Kelly Wheeler saying she was from Keyvest Lending Group. She told me I was approved for $5,000. Then she said I needed a cosigner or I could go to Walmart or find some RIA center to send $750 to either Brandon Dean Colton or Adam Clark Sheppard in Ajax, Ontario Canada.

It didn't make sense to me. Why would I need to send money to get a loan? I never heard back from her after I asked more questions. The website is keyvest Lending group and the address they gave is 601 union st #625 in Seattle. The email was [email protected] and the phone number was (206) 775-8870. I didn't lose any money but it felt off.
