Ordered a bead kit for my granddaughter and never got it

I ordered a Magical Bead Painting kit for my granddaughter, she's 6. At first I got emails thanking me for the order and telling me to contact them if I had questions. Then nothing for weeks.

When I emailed them they said the item was "stuck in transit or lost" and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, then didn't hear back. Contacted them again a few weeks later and now they said the item was never shipped because I gave the wrong address. I didn't.

I emailed back and told them they promised me a refund and I wanted one now. Got an email saying they'd "look into it." I don't believe they will ever stop making up reasons not to reimburse me. Pretty sure this company is a scam, even with their friendly emails. Lost about $18.90 on this.

Ordered a toy off Facebook that never showed up

I saw this ad on Facebook for a toy for my granddaughter and went to the site kiddofinds.com. So I ordered it and paid $11.90. It never arrived. There is no way to contact them at all, no phone number or email on the site. Pretty sure it is a scam. Learned my lesson I guess.
