Ordered a shirt from a women's boutique but got a cheap China knockoff

I ordered a shirt from this company kierasimone.com. They say they are a women's boutique in the Hudson Valley that makes their own clothing by hand. Their "About Us" page talks about how they design and sew everything in their little workshop.

The shirt I got is nothing like the photos online. The fabric is different and the fit is totally off. I looked at the tag inside and it says "made in China." So much for their story about a small studio in New York. I spent $36 on this. Just feels like they lied about everything.

Website showed nice linen top but got cheap polyester instead

I went to this website and they showed a lovely what appeared to be linen with beautiful embroidery top. What I got was a 100% polyester preprinted cheap quality weird fitting top. I contacted them and they said because it was on sale it was a final sale. But everything on their site is on sale.

I checked the return policy before I bought anything. It said if you are not completely satisfied you can return items within 30 days of receipt. Just email them and they will handle the rest. So I pointed that out to them and they offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the top. I would never wear something that low quality and weird fitting. Frankly it was just ugly.

I know it's not a lot of money, thirty six dollars. But the point is they show totally different products than what they deliver and they should not be allowed to scam people like that.

Bought clothes from their ad, total scam with fake money back guarantee

I saw this website kierasimone.com and it said 100% Money Back Guarantee right in the ad so I bought some clothing. It took over 4 weeks to get here and when it showed up the material was super cheap and it came from China. I emailed them at [email protected] to ask about a return. They said no returns and they would only give me 20% of my money back. I told them no and they kept insisting there are no returns and I would have to pay shipping back to China myself with no guarantee of a refund. The address they have is New York, NY but the stuff came from China. I lost $40.

Ordered a dress online a month ago, never got it

I ordered a dress from the Kiera Simone website for $46.99. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything. The order status just says 'processing' and hasn't changed.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] several times to ask about it. No one ever replied. I just want the dress I paid for, or my money back. This is so frustrating.
