Ordered flowers from Kiky Florist and they canceled on delivery day

I ordered flowers from that website kikyflorist.com for delivery. They canceled the order the same day it was supposed to be delivered and just said no. Would not give me any reason why. I asked for a refund and they refused. I lost $98. Their address says DE, USA and their email is [email protected]. I do not know what else to do.
