Signed me up for a subscription without asking and now I can’t reach anyone

They signed me up for a subscription without my permission. I never agreed to anything and now they want more money just to talk to someone. There is no number to call and the email they gave is [email protected]. Their website is just Facebook so I don’t even know who I’m dealing with.

I looked at reviews and other people are having the same problem. I lost $80.00 already. I want them stopped from scamming people and I want my money back or I’m gonna have to cancel my card and go through that whole thing. Im not the only one dealing with this.
