Phone call about legal documents for a credit card I never had

I got a missed call about "legal documentation" so I called back and talked to someone named Valerie Parker. She said she was a senior paralegal with Kinder Littmann Group. She told me I had ignored attempts to collect an unpaid credit card balance but she couldn't tell me anything besides it was an HSBC card.

She said in a few days the law firm was going to file my case and I would be responsible for lawyer fees of $3500 plus whatever I owed. So I contacted HSBC and they confirmed I never had an account or credit card with them. I also pulled my credit report to make sure nobody opened a card in my name.

They sent me a form to fill out and sign plus a CC authorization form to make a payment and settle out of court. It didn't make sense since I never owed anything.
