No phone number to stop Kindled from sending more bottles

I keep getting this product called Kindled sent to me and I don't want it. I never even used the first bottle and now they sent me a second one. There's no phone number or anything to contact them to stop this.

The address on the package is 2946 West 23rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11224. I already lost like 34.99 on the first one and now I'm stuck with another. I just want them to stop sending it but I got no way to reach them.
