Instagram ad for jewelry that never came and now they won’t answer

I saw this jewelry company on Instagram, Kinetic Jewelry, and they had these really cute pieces. I ordered something and paid $69.60. That was a while ago and I never got anything.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and no reply. I even tried calling the number they had, 1(970) 270-8321, but nobody picks up. The Instagram page is still up though, which is frustrating.

It’s obviously a scam. They’re targeting young girls on IG with these ads and just taking the money. I feel stupid but I just wanted to put this out there so other people know.
