Ordered a shoulder brace and they charged me extra then never shipped
They sent me a FedEx tracking number. Two weeks later the item still hadn't shipped. I emailed again and they said they contacted their warehouse and were waiting for a reply. Waited over a week and nothing. The tracking number still shows nothing.
Emailed again, no reply. Waited another week. I finally emailed them to say I was reporting them to the BBB. I got their address from their website but Ecautious.com says no such business exists.
