Ordered shoes online, no shipment and no tracking after two weeks

I bought shoes from Kingsley Hills on February 13th, 2026. I placed the order and the money came out of my account, but they still haven't shipped. It's been two weeks with no activity on the shipment.

I emailed them about it. They did write back, but they won't give me any tracking information for my order. It doesn't make sense. I've asked for a full refund now and I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
