Bought an Xbox code from Kinguin that someone else already used
When I finally went to use it, the code didn't work. Someone else had already used it. I emailed the website at [email protected] and showed them the evidence that I couldn't activate it.
They just messaged back saying the code was used by a different email and that it was valid. They said they won't give me my money back. But the code was supposed to be for my email. I paid $11.17 for it. I filed a report with PayPal about this and now I'm reporting it here too.
