Ordered a cheap book and got charged way more

I ordered a book from Kiraglasses.com for $4.99. That was all I wanted, just the one book. But then they charged me $29.99 and then another $39.00. I never ordered anything else. Just the book. So now I'm out $69.00 total and I don't know why they kept charging me. I didn't agree to any of that.
