Paid for premium features on Kiraji but nothing was unlocked

I ordered from this website kiraji.com and paid for their premium service. It was $14.99. The whole point was to unlock extra features that you can't get with the free version.

So I paid and then nothing happened. The features never unlocked. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied. Just took my money and that was it.

Still haven't heard anything back. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
