Phone calls about a credit card loan I never asked for

I keep getting these calls from a guy named Kirk Springfield. He leaves messages saying he’s following up about my personal loan inquiry, but I never made any inquiry. First he said something about new credit cards or personal loans with flexible guidelines, then he called back talking about a $25,000 loan at 5.75% with payments of $398.

He leaves two different numbers to call back. One is 866-398-3605 and the other is 877-578-3396. He also says to press 9 to opt out but I doubt that does anything. I never gave them any information or lost any money but these calls just keep coming. It feels like a scam trying to get my credit card info.
