Ordered online and never got my product but they keep charging my card
I ordered something online from kirobrands.com and I never got the product. Now they keep charging my card for more money. I already lost about 120 dollars.
I tried calling the number on the site, (844) 223-1552, but nobody picks up. It just rings. I don't know what else to do. They just keep taking money out of my account and I have nothing to show for it.

Email saying I owed money for a subscription I never signed up for
I got an email from [email protected] saying they had taken 29.95 out of my bank account three times. They said I had a subscription with them. I never used this company. I don't even know them. They are out of India so this is all new to me.
Now I see India is scamming people and I wonder if big corporations are using India for bank processing. I lost 29.95 total and I never agreed to anything.

Charged double for waggydogs and they want me to pay $98 to return them
I saw an ad for 4 waggydogs for $49.99. When I ordered, I got charged double. I tried to get them to fix it and they wouldn't. They also charged me $24.99 for some mystery package thing, but they did refund that part.
For the 4 waggydogs, they said I could return them for a refund. The package came from Montebello, California. But the return address is in China. It would cost me $98 just to send this junk back to get my money. That's a bait and switch.
The toys aren't life-like or realistic at all. They're terrible. And they wouldn't even give me a partial refund if I kept them. They said I had to send everything back at my own huge cost. This whole thing is a scam.

Multiple charges from KIRO Brands for things I never ordered
I got hit with a bunch of charges from KIRO Brands. There was $49.93 on December 11th, then $24.99 that same day. Another $49.93 on January 12th. I don't remember ever ordering anything from them and I never got any products.
I always order through Amazon and Amazon charges me separately. Maybe they're some third party, but I don't have any subscription with them. It just doesn't make sense. I saw their website is kirobrands.com and their support email, but I don't know what this is for.

Ordered an AI puppy but got a cheap old toy and monthly charges
I saw ads for Waggy the AI Puppy on Reels and YouTube and bought it on December 10th, 2025. What showed up about ten days later wasn't what I ordered at all. It was a barking dog toy that takes AA batteries, the exact kind I bought for my son back in 1980. There's no AI, no microprocessor, nothing.
Since then, they've been charging me $24.99 for some "elite service" I never wanted. They won't answer the phone or call back. To cancel, you have to fill out a basic email questionnaire. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued.
I'm out $114.92 total for a toy from the 1970s that probably cost $9.99 new.
