Instagram ad for clothes that looked nothing like the pictures

I saw an ad for a clothing company on my Instagram. The website is kischt.com and it looked legit, had real pictures with models and thousands of reviews. Obviously those reviews were fake.

When I got the items they were nothing like what I ordered. The quality was terrible, the style was different, and the colors weren't even close. I emailed them at [email protected] and they refused to pay for return shipping. They only offered me a 30 percent discount. They said if I paid to ship the items back they could still decline to give me a refund. The clothes didn't even have tags, just a little "m" tag on them. I spent about 80 dollars on this.
