Bought airline tickets through Kiss&Fly and got flagged for fraud

I used Kiss&Fly to buy some airline tickets. They say they are a third party that can get you tickets. The ticketing info they gave me got flagged for fraud by the actual airline. I called the airline to find out why and they told me someone else’s stolen miles were used to buy my ticket. That’s why it got flagged.

I asked them for a refund. They told me they weren’t responsible because I was able to check-in. But I wasn’t able to check-in, that’s why I called the airline in the first place. Total scam business. Lost $156.
