Ordered in April and still nothing arrived from Kitty Supp

I placed an order back at the end of April and I still haven't gotten anything. I've had a bunch of emails back and forth with them. They said they'd give me 15% back, then 20% back, then they were gonna escalate the review for a refund. I told them don't escalate just give me my full refund!!!!!!!! They keep saying its in transit so they can't refund. Its just one lie after another. Real scammers.

If you do decide to order from them make sure you use PayPal or something so you can get your money back.
