Facebook ad for clothes took my money and Klarna wants proof
I saw an ad on Facebook for some clothing. Looked legit so I used my Klarna app to pay for it. It was around $55. Never got anything in the mail. Not a single item.
Now Klarna is asking me for evidence that I didn't get the stuff. I don't know what they want me to send. I already told them I never received the order. It's just frustrating because I used their app to pay and now they're acting like it's my fault.
I don't even know who the seller was. Just some Facebook ad.

Got a weird email, called to close account, they asked for too much info
I found these emails in my Gmail account. I called the number to close the account. The person on the phone pressed me for more information like my phone number and current address, just for verification of course, and even my maiden name. That's how they said the account was found.
She told me she escalated the issue and was closing the account. But then she refused to let me talk to a supervisor. She also said they couldn't give me any ticket number or escalation number for proof that we even talked. That didn't make sense to me.
I hung up with them around 7:06 p.m. today, February 12th. I know phone calls are recorded for quality assurance. Let's hope this one was. There are so many scams going on every single day.

Got a weird text about a job offer from someone claiming to be from Klarna
I got a text message on my phone, but it came from an email address, [email protected], not a phone number. The message said, "Hello, this is Daniel from Klarna. Your background and resume have been recommended by several online recruitment agencies. Therefore, we would like to offer you a great remote online part-time job helping merchants update data, increase visibility and bookings, and provide you with free training."
It talked about flexible hours, earning $200 to $500 a day, and a base pay of $2,000 a week or more. It mentioned paid annual leave and said to contact them via WhatsApp at +14122279274. The whole thing felt off. I never applied for anything with Klarna, and getting a job offer out of the blue from a gmail address doesn't make sense.
