Ordered a rain coat and got extra charges from different companies

I ordered a rain coat from a website called Klyvera. The first problem was they added a $9.00 expedited shipping fee on top of a “Free Shipping” deal. And expedited turned out to be 3 weeks.

Then all the communication switched to the Zapostore. When I checked my Citi charge account I noticed a series of 5 additional unauthorized charges. $39.99, $39.94, $30.99, $39.99 and $39.99 from Zapostore, Relzotech, and Tunohealth. All of these were fraudulent.

The product itself was junk. When I tried to return it they made it a major hassle and wanted me to pay for the return shipping.
