Bought something online and now they keep charging me monthly

I made a purchase at KOANOR.com and they sent my items. I did receive what I purchased. Now a month later I’m getting charged a monthly fee of 39.99.

I tried to log back into my account on the website and it keeps saying invalid inactive account. So then I look for a number to call no number only a email address. It took them like two days to respond back to me. The lady says in the email there is no other way to cancel a membership she can’t do it manually. I would have to do it. But how can I when I can’t get into the website account.

Then she says we will not be monitoring responses to emails respectively her name at the bottom. So I was forced to cancel my bank card and get a new one. I feel like they are very rude and unprofessional.
