Ordered from Kojiva, payment taken, never got my item
I placed an order on the Kojiva website. The payment went through right away, but I never got any tracking information. I emailed them at [email protected] because that's the only contact they have. They just said it takes time for the tracking to generate.
Then I got a fraud alert from my bank. I confirmed the first charge, but that's when I saw they tried to take another $49.99 from my account. It was set up as a recurring charge, which I never agreed to. I never received the item I paid for. In total, they got $70 from me.
