Ordered a face brush and now I'm out over eighty bucks
I saw an ad on YouTube about a lymphatic face brush back on March 15, 2026. So I placed an order for $24.95 plus they added on another $9.95 for something. I sent them an email right away saying I didn't mean to hit that add on button and asked them to remove it. The next day they replied saying it was removed and the amount was refunded.
But then the very next day I saw a charge for $49.99 from the same company, Kojiva. I tried calling the number on my bank statement but it was always busy. So I contacted my bank to dispute the charges but that didn't work either. As of today, April 21, 2026, I still haven't gotten the product.
So I lost $84.93 dollars and never got anything from them.

Ordered from Kojiva, payment taken, never got my item
I placed an order on the Kojiva website. The payment went through right away, but I never got any tracking information. I emailed them at [email protected] because that's the only contact they have. They just said it takes time for the tracking to generate.
Then I got a fraud alert from my bank. I confirmed the first charge, but that's when I saw they tried to take another $49.99 from my account. It was set up as a recurring charge, which I never agreed to. I never received the item I paid for. In total, they got $70 from me.
